Would not recommend this studio. They change protocols on the go and expect members to jump through hoops when their customer service is unresponsive
Love OT 92nd and have been coming here for a few years now. The coaches are amazing. Classes are tough but there are always modifications and you can go at your own pace. I started out power walking on the treadmill and now I’m running (well jogging) which I never thought I’d do. Big should out to coaches Zack and Jenna. I typically be up in their classes due to timing but you can’t go wrong with any coach there!
$300/month for an awful experience. Front desk lady Yassi is very rude and will gaslight you. The lobby has been smelling like a putrid public restroom for months. Studio is unbearably hot during summer as the AC is always down. Studio floor is dirty with dust bunnies. If you are older, avoid Coach Cat's classes which are much louder than everyone else's. You will have permanent hearing damage.

I genuinely feel bad leaving this review as I have been apart of Orange theory, in multiple locations, for over 4 years. I recently returned to this location and I have been disappointed. The classes and coaches are excellent, and I really appreciate the quality of the workouts. However, I’m giving 3 stars because the policies around late class changes or cancellations feel too rigid.
