One month at Orangetheory and I’m loving it! Amazing HIIT classes! Location: the gym is located at Main St, Tuckahoe rd. The gym itself is very clean and well maintained. Two showers and two restroom with amenities. There is parking at the back of the gym but it is first come first serve basis! I love everything about this place! The workouts are extremely well planned and designed to help us reach our goals while still respecting each person’s limits. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about proper guidance, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone is always ready to help, and they do it with a smile. I've posted about Orangetheory before and want to give mega props to my Orangetheory home studio in Tuckahoe, NY. The trainers and classes always deliver as promised, and I love that they incorporate scientific methods and tools to keep us in motion and efficiently trained in a safe, effective manner that produces outstanding results.
