Great staff and coaches!
The studio manager is the least helpful person. She’s at the studio most of the time since the summer is over…no smile, no communication, nothing. I really miss the stuff who was there during the summer, they were always positive and there for the members to answer any questions. And whoever is behind their social media should do their homework. I had to follow other OTF studios on instagram to know about the signature workouts and special events. There's a girl working I haven't seen before in the yesterday, Wednesday afternoon. Latina with a bad attitude. Rude and dismissive attitude to guests no greeting, no smile, obviously didn't want to be there. Maybe she should be made to find another job if she's so displeased with the guests here.
Challenging but doable workout. Enthusiastic coaches and fun environment.
They took the time to learn about my past injuries and provided guidance accordingly. Great workout. The heart monitor tracking is excellent. Great visual for motivation throughout class. Bonus that it works outside the class too. Much more affordable option than Lifetime and much more convenient.
