I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and the coaches at OrangeTheory in Mamaroneck are what keep me coming back. Christian brings such positive, upbeat energy and makes every class feel motivating and fun. Jose is fantastic at correcting form and encouraging you to push beyond what you think you can do. You leave every class feeling stronger and accomplished. Thank you to the entire coaching team for creating such an encouraging and empowering experience.
Was charged for my first class for a visiting “drop in fee” even though I live 10 minutes away, the lady on the phone told me she couldn’t help me and then gave me an email to write to which I have still not received a response from in 2 weeks. Horrible customer service and the class itself was too chaotic with the instructor barely looking at anyone and just shouting instructors from the corner.
I like the structure a lot, instructors are supportive, music is fun, the splat points are motivating (though you have to buy their proprietary band to see them). My major gripe are class times - for working parents of nearby elementary students, they lock us out. There’s ALWAYS a gap at 8:15am-9am, and 11:30am-4:30pm. Afternoon classes always straddle 5:30-6:30. Since Bellows has Early Days starting at 8am, I could have made an 8:15am if offered (at least one day a week?) and to have no lunch classes seems SO strange. After... read more

The studio manager is the least helpful person. She’s at the studio most of the time since the summer is over…no smile, no communication, nothing. I really miss the stuff who was there during the summer, they were always positive and there for the members to answer any questions. And whoever is behind their social media should do their homework. I had to follow other OTF studios on instagram to know about the signature workouts and special events.
