Never ask for information. Never request the free day. You will be bombarded with non stop calls for YEARS! Calling and politely asking them to remove you just accelerates their calls. I’d say the number of messages now is closing in on a thousand. STAY AWAY! The owner responded that I’m not on his list. It may very well be another Orange Theory rather than this particular location. It’s all the same to me but for him, this may matter very much.

The only reason I am giving this location a 2-star rating is because of the constant overbooking of the 5:45 class, which is the only class time that realistically works for me because of my work schedule. It’s extremely frustrating to pay nearly $200 a month for a membership and barely be able to attend because that class is always fully booked. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE!! They will do literally anything to keep you from canceling. Including lie about being closed when their hours are posted to be open so they can keep you from being able to cancel. Along with that, they will bill you the next billing cycle even if you cancel before your bill date.
