I absolutely loved going to Orangetheory and would happily go back—if it weren’t for how unprofessional and unrealistic my experience was with the Prosper location. After only 3 months, I decided to cancel my membership. I called the studio to request the cancellation, and I was told I must come in person to cancel. I asked if they could simply email me the cancellation form or send it through DocuSign so I could sign it and return it, but they were firm that cancellations cannot be handled by phone, email, or DocuSign. My wife signed up at the Orangetheory Prosper location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience when she tried to cancel her membership after only a few months. She was told that she had to physically come into the studio to cancel and that they could not send the cancellation paperwork by email or DocuSign. She even contacted other Orangetheory locations and was told that the cancellation should be able to be handled through email. I really enjoyed my time at Orangetheory and had a great experience with the workouts themselves. I joined recently and was never told that if we are late by 5 mins, we would be not let inside the class. i was not let in for a 5 mins delay. I cancelled my membership right away. waste of money. Not accommodating few min delay is not acceptable.If u do not show up u r charged 12$ fee .At the end day, its a gym and not some military academy. The front desk was very rude.
