Would not recommend this studio. Giving the head coach basic feedback will be dismissed. Have previously been to other studios and really enjoyed it, unfortunately this one drops the ball.

Great workouts.
30-day cancellation policy is a bummer. You should be able to cancel whenever you want or with a small 10-20 dollars cancellation fees. Not a full month’s membership fees.
Its been 6months I’m going to OTF Prosper now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facility is always clean and well organised, The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. The trainers Amy and Celeste are the bestest and are especially great at pushing you toward the goals while making sure you're using proper form and technique.
