Chicago-Millennium Park Orangetheory Fitness is an amazing place to work out. The coaches are incredibly motivating, supportive, and always bring great energy to every class. The workouts are fun, effective, and well structured. The front desk staff are also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, It’s a positive environment with great workouts and amazing team, that keeps you coming back.

I had the pleasure of visiting this studio while in Chicago and look forward to coming back next time I’m in town. Coach Kenzie did a great job keeping the energy levels up even though it was a small class. Just be prepared to feel like a melting stick of butter the whole time because it’s pretty warm in the studio and smells like popcorn from the shop below! Awesome location though, right in the heart of the city.

Terrible service, i came all the way from texas, and my uber was lost got a minute literally 1 minute late and the girl upfront was terrible she really made me feel unwelcomed. She literally never welcomed me to the studio, nor felt one gram of empathy. I later did notice that is the lowest scoring orangetheory as far as reviews, that must tell you something.

Claimed they couldn't pull over my OTBeat as I was visiting from another studio but had no issue giving a new member a new OTBeat. I asked if they could waive the $10 up charge since my workout wasn't logged and they didn't offer a loaner OTBeat and the manager (or woman who claimed to be Faith McMillen) was so rude and dismissive. I am regularly in Chicago and I will never re-visit this studio. As a first year member of OTF I couldn't have been more disappointed in the lack of hospitality and customer service.
