Faith and Coach Sara and Leroy were all so welcoming and great! Studio was very clean. Equipment is the older treads and no y bells. Sound quality was perfect. It is a premier studio but while traveling I don't mind because then I don't have to carry around a sweaty towel!
Transformed my life
While I've historically enjoyed my experience at the studio, recent incidents have caused me to question my safety and comfort within that environment. As a fitness enthusiast, a secure workout space is paramount. Following two specific incidents, the studio and I mutually agreed to terminate my membership. I scheduled a free first class and needed to reschedule because I woke up with a migraine. I called and left a message asking to reschedule and they charged me for a no show.... for a FREE CLASS!! I emailed them but they have not replied. Horrible first impression.
I’ve been on a mission to check out all the OTF’s in Chi and this one is by far my fav location in the city. I just wish there was better parking, but that’s to be expected in such a congested area. Nice coaches, clean atmosphere. Just wish the music wasn’t so loud.
