I started OTF in 2022 and never looked back. I love that all you have to do is bring a good attitude to your workout, the template does the rest! The coaches help make sure you have the right form and are generally happy to advise on any fitness related issues/questions. Bonus - it’s a fun and supportive community and you get used to seeing familiar friendly faces in any class you book.
OT has the Best vibes! I love the range of class times. It fits all of my crazy schedules!!
I enjoy the classes and like having the heart rate zones. It motivates me to work hard without overdoing it. I feel accomplished after every workout.
New city, new job, new routine—and Orangetheory was exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are and already planned out, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The coach Cam and Sara were very welcoming and helpful, and they answered all my questions. I’m really looking forward to joining this community! 🧡
