I have been working out at OTF West Lafayette since Jan 2026. In the last 6 weeks I have noticed my body is stronger, I can run faster and longer and my whole body workout is met each time I attend. The coaches are great and I love the group workout with all varying ages. It is a supportive environment! Glad I joined!
