OTF West Lafayette is awesome! The coaches are great and help customize workouts to your level or need, including when you’re super pregnant 🤣! The environment is friendly, supportive, and inclusive.
I started OT about 2 years ago. I had ballooned up to 324lbs. I'm sitting at 270 now, it's been tough but it's the best workout I've been able to maintain. Next stop is 200 hopefully
I decided to give Orange Theory but I was pretty sure I would not like it or be able to keep up. Now, about 1.5 years later, I'm still going strong. It has really helped my mental and physical health. If you are looking for a great workout in an hour or less with great people, I highly recommend OT!
