Most classes have been great, and overall great experience so far. I feel stronger and like the high energy. Planning to stick with it. Emerson, Trevor and Noah have been the best, they give great feedback i appreciate it! I think if the instructor provides a card to the tread floor to follow, they are more available to help on weights. I like that approach.

One instructor however seems to spend any spare moments socializing rather than trying to monitor the weight floor and provide coaching - gotta watch both sides. I like that Trevor provided a card to the tread floor, so he could focus on weights.
Like to shout out to Coach Emerson at Parker/Pine Bluffs. Her high energy and coaching abilities to help members set goals and walk along beside them to achieve them shows her passion and her love for fitness! She is always helpful to maximize the full potential of everyone! Thanks Emerson for going above and beyond!!

I truly wish I didn’t have to give this gym a one-star rating, especially because the coaching staff and classes are outstanding. The coaches are knowledgeable and passionate, making every workout enjoyable. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff is always supportive.
