Coach Morgan is so motivating I would follow her in to the zombie apocalypse, no questions asked.
For a gym that claims to be about health and wellness, this one sure did disappoint when I had a serious health incident. I unfortunately had to call to cancel my membership because of a major emergency surgery. Under the advice of my doctor, I cannot work out, possibly for several months. It’s been almost 3 years since I joined this community and it’s really working for both mentally and physically! My body has got strengthened even while aging. This is absolutely my happy place and I can’t live without this🤩
