I have been a loyal member of Orangetheory for some time, and I want to start by saying the coaches are phenomenal — energetic, motivating, and truly passionate about what they do. The workouts are consistently challenging and well-structured, and the coaching staff plays a big role in creating a positive, high-energy environment. New manager is a joke. I canceled membership more than a year to go due to complications following my pregnancy. Unfortunately, this occurred during a change in leadership so the original manager is not there. They charged me a full month of service out of nowhere and the new manager has refused to refund me.
The OTF Steele Creek community is great! The workouts are hard, but doable! You’ll get addicted!
