We are a 5-heart rate zone training program aiming to focus on the last three zones. Achieving 12 or more minutes in the last 2-zones will kick start your metabolism resulting in EPOC, allowing for an after burn of calories up to 36 hours.

Tanya is absolutely the most snobby worker at OT fitness. She’s rude and won’t let people in to classes even if they are a few minutes late. This is the worst OT in Wisconsin, don’t go here.
Atmosphere is awesome with the coaching staff. The machines, workout area, and bathroom/showers are always clean. Great place to workout before or after work!!
Enthusiastic, motivational, encouraging, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly … just a few words to describe the coaches and staff at Orange Theory Fitness Menomonee Falls. From my first class I was greeted by name, and the front desk and coaches are always happy to work with me as I navigate through some current physical limitations still wanting to participate fully.
