The nicest compliment I can give this studio is that the staff, equipment, and coaches are honestly the best of the best just like every other Orange Theory I’ve been to. I still don’t know how this brand keeps creating a warm community at every location, but this studio really knocks it out of the park. I’ve wanted to rejoin OTF at this location really badly, because I used to be obsessed with OTF (went nearly daily for years) in northern VA. The hours at this location are just impossible in the afternoons here. Fridays last class is at 4pm, Tues/Thurs last classes are at 5.45pm, I’m usually at work until then or at least can’t finish commuting with traffic (no OTF by my work either) and into the gym dressed by these times. I went in today for my very first time. I was super nervous since I had no idea what to expect. They were so sweet and kind showing me around and explaining everything to me. I absolutely loved it and I think it’s the best workout I’ve ever gotten. I’ve taken a couple other group fitness classes before but this is definitely the best I’ve tried.
