Beginner- friendly, life- changing fitness studio with the best coaches and staff you could ask for. They gave me the tools and the inspiration to completely change my life, from couch-surfing connesiur to 5 day-a-week fitness fanatic (gotta take those rest days!). Been going there almost 2 years, highly recommend! Did I mention the first class was free? Thanks to Coaches Karly, Mo, Megan, and Valencia for starting my day off on the right foot every single morning!
Love this place! I joined almost 3 years ago and it’s the best physical workout I can get. I get a great cardio and strength workout everytime while I burn over 500 calories in an hour. They make it fun and different every time I come to class with new challenges and benchmarks. I leave feeling great. I know I accomplished a great physical workout and it helps clear my mind with increased endorphins. Best therapy ever!
I enjoy the workouts and the coaches are amazing. They look for me when I go missing and they push me past what I think I can do when I am there. If feels good to show up and the workout is already figured out. Love my otf family
