Great Place Great People
I purchased only an 8-class package because I was quitting my job and moving out of the area. I never planned to continue membership. After I moved and informed the studio, they claimed I still owe for a second month, saying it was written in the fine print of the contract. I clearly explained that I only bought 8 classes and no longer live near the studio. Instead of resolving it reasonably, they demand payment, refuse to simply send an invoice, and threaten to send the balance to collections. Very poor and aggressive custo... read more
