The front desk and management staff are often unfriendly, dismissive, and seem more focused on enforcing policies than helping members. BEWARE!!! Terrible experience! My wife and I booked a class together, she purchased a package and I booked as an introductory student because she encouraged me to try. We booked our class and cleared our schedules specifically for this experience. Then, at 2am in the morning of the class, this studio (Mountain View 0475) texted me and said I lost my spot due to a “system error.” When I woke up and saw this message, the class was starting in 1 hr. Really frustrating experience here because of how rigid they are about the timing policy. I arrived a few minutes late but checked in within the 5-minute grace window. I signed my name and checked in right away when I walked in. Then I quickly put my bag in the locker and tied my shoes, which took maybe a minute. When I went to enter the class, they told me I couldn’t join because I wasn’t physically inside the workout area within five minutes.
