For how much money we spend here, I find it predatory and embarrassing for how difficult of a process it is canceling your membership here. I reached out to the initial person who started my member ship at the orange theory South Carolina location - Morgan. I expressed how I experienced an injury and was not able to make it in. The process taken me 5 months to cancel with orange theory pretty ridiculous.
OTF La Costa is incredible. The staff/ instructors, atmosphere ,and classes are all fantastic and something I look forward to week to week. Very glad I joined. Coach Carrie is a beast. If you’re taking her class, suit up because you’re going to feel incredible but you may hallucinate. They’re hard. 😃
Jacob is a fantastic coach! Orangetheory helped me get my heart rate up in a fun and engaging way.
