Orange Theory is the best fitness center I have belonged to. The combination of strength, cardio and changing templates keeps me motivated and looking forward to my next class. The coaches are very friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. They truly take an interest in each member and helping them to meet their personal goals. I recommend OTF 100% to anyone looking to start or change up their workout routine.
Love the high energy environment, no thought necessary in planning your workout because the coaches guide you through every step, and great music!
Orange Theory is the best place to work out! I started back in 2019 and it was the first time I felt like I had found what worked for me. The team atmosphere and energetic coaches really motivate you to push yourself. I was never great at staying consistent but OrangeTheory kept me coming back & has seen me through 2 babies! No other place I’ll go. Definitely got a member for life out of me🧡 try it out and you’ll soon see why people keep coming back even after the hardest workout!
I had resisted joining for years, despite my friends’ “gentle” nudges. I finally faced my fears and joined and couldn’t be happier. I have found a great community of friends who offer encouragement and push me when I think I can’t do anymore. Love OTF Dubuque!
