Orange Theory is the best fitness center I have belonged to. The combination of strength, cardio and changing templates keeps me motivated and looking forward to my next class. The coaches are very friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. They truly take an interest in each member and helping them to meet their personal goals. I recommend OTF 100% to anyone looking to start or change up their workout routine.
Love the high energy environment, no thought necessary in planning your workout because the coaches guide you through every step, and great music!
