I started coming in October of 2024 and have just seen such an overall improvement with stamina, muscle growth, and weight loss. I want to shout out the awesome staff and coaches especially Jackie, Nina, Kat, Bella, and John they push your limits, tell you how to do it right, and challenge you every time.
ORT Harlingen was not what I was expecting not only were the trainers rude but the management staff as well I would not recommend this location again .
WOW! We have been OTF members for 5 years now and I must say, the team here is on a different caliber of great. The moment we walked on the door we were greeted by Jordan and Zaida who immediately showed us around and made sure we were comfortable. Nina, the coach of the class, came out to introduce herself and asked if we had any questions. During the class Nina checked in on us and pumped us up the whole time.
