Absolutely terrible experience. Their business practice is predatory and they should be ashamed. Not surprised they've had class actions about this same issue. If you have any questions about your membership, good luck finding someone to answer those questions. The instructors are nice but no one should leave a gym feeling like they are being taken advantage of. You guys need to do better, honestly. They make you sign contracts in a laminated sheet so they can get rid of it if it is not convenient for them. I would recommend... read more
