My daughter had a phenomenal experience at the studio while at IU. I had to work with them quite a bit. They were nothing but wonderful from our Customer Service perspective, helped us when it came to challenges with different moves and different things we had to do when my daughter had surgeries exceptional service very professional well trained people thank you !
Orangetheory Fitness Bloomington-Kirkwood has truly changed my life! If you’re even thinking about joining, do it!! I’ve always prioritized my health, but I never knew what to do at a regular gym. At OTF, you just show up and they take care of the rest with workouts that challenge you in the best way possible! I feel stronger, fitter, and so much more fulfilled. Great community here! Non-judgmental and so positive. The coaches are always engaged and know how to help you pull the best out of yourself. Everyone seems respectful and encouraging of others’ journeys, and definitely promote encouragement vs competition. Lots of body shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, and everyone is welcome. Happy to have found this gem of a workout studio!
Was told one thing and then another when I booked my free trial class. I'm just not into marketing games. I'm sure the fitness class is great but the management is not my cup of tea. I wont be joining Orangetheory anytime soon
