I joined a month ago and I have been loving it! Coach Christine and Coach Alex are great!
So disappointed, I loved this place, I got hurt and one other workout. I went to the doctor. And the doctor told me I couldn't continue working out it's brought in the papers from the urgent care and the doctor they advise me to freeze my account when I told them I wanted to cancel do 2 being injured.. They told me oh, no freezer account. Maybe you get better so I tried it plus I really wanted to come back to work out. The tech is lacking... Why not replace the microphone??? Love the coaches and team members at this location. Really enjoy the workout crowd. Love the schedule, the parking, etc but for the last week the coach's microphone had been damaged making it impossible for coaches to demonstrate exercises without a thunderous crackling. How can a gym centered around tech helping us push ourselves not have a back up microphone or at least rush out to get a new one? The management and owners need to remedy ASAP.
