Overall this studio is pretty well run. Treadmills are newer and coaches are flexible to my needs. I'm used to visiting studios in the south (with southern hospitality) and I noticed the staff and coaches aren't QUITE as friendly as the ones down in Georgia. Maybe it's a Dayton Ohio thing. Overall, still a good studio.
Orange Theory gives me the structure to stay consistent! I have built a community at this gym. The coaches, staff, and members are all amazing
I’ve tried many gyms but none of them compare to the environment orange theory brings to the table! The staff is super friendly and professional and I’ve made some life long friends at this location! Love my OTF!
Great option for all levels of competitiveness and fitness. Structured workouts every day and real-time stats while you do them. Coaches at OTF Beavercreek are great also.
