Great way to start the day!! Coaches are great
Literally the best workout you can get. They explain everything up front if you’re new and give you a great sense of the studio environment. Staff is very friendly and ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Coach Will’s classes are always a great time. The music can’t be beat, his energy is always up and you can tell he and the other attendees are having fun. Signed up today officially and excited to continue with this location and Coach Will’s classes.
Ready for my first paid class and arrive and class was cancelled because only 3 people signed up ( I had not signed up ). As I walk to my car another member had not signed up and said she doesn’t sign up in advance because if you don’t make the class , you are charged $ 10. .. business owners know , a business needs to be open to grow. I almost didn’t join in the first place because classes are not open when I’m available..
As a founding member, things were pretty good when Brooke, Nate, and Kelsey were there. I cancelled my account on May 1, 2023 because I was going through a divorce and just needed to eliminate unnecessary expenses. After A LOT of back and forth in trying to get a refund because I was continued to be billed $79 each month, I have been given all kinds of excuses.
