I haven't tried their class, I just called to ask about pricing. The employee who answered was not equipped to be taking phone calls and seemed confused that I was inquiring about pricing over the phone. But I'm really leaving this review because of the harassing number of followup phone calls from Orangetheory since my one phone call. I blocked their number, but they relentlessly leave voicemails.

I could go on and on about how amazing OTF is as a gym but also a community. The workouts are great, the coaches are motivating and they’re with you in class checking form and encouraging you along the way. The members make the community so special and it’s not uncommon to quickly build friendships that lead to accountability and support.

I’ve been going to OT for years! Always a great workout and a great team of coaches. The coaches are friendly and helpful. The concord location is always clean and well-organized.
