I love Orangetheory Lake Nona! The coaches and front desk staff are so welcoming and encouraging. The workouts challenge me, but I can always modify when I need to and still leave feeling accomplished. The atmosphere is fun, supportive, and motivating. I’ve gotten stronger, more consistent, and actually look forward to working out. It really feels like a community, not just a gym. Highly recommend! 🧡
When I first moved to Florida, over 5 years ago, I wanted to continue my Orangetheory journey and join a studio close to my new home. OT Nona South was just opening so I gave them a try. This place is my second home. My kids joke with me that it has become like a church to me. I have an expensive Orangetheory membership and wanted to take a class at this location while visiting Orlando. Unlike other Orangetheory studios I’ve visited, this location required me to complete additional paperwork before allowing me to work out, with the possibility of extra charges afterward. The process was frustrating and not what I expected from a premium membership. Seemed chaotic when I went front staff offered me a free class then charged me. Instructions in class confusing I was told to start on row never did row. Wont be back
