Theory is the catayst I needed to live a better life. After taking care of my father for the last two years of his life I had let myself go in so many ways and felt I had lost my purpose after his death. I had an introductory class at the gym, and initially, everything seemed fine. I saw an advertisement, clicked on it, and soon after, people wouldn’t stop calling me. When I finally signed up, enrolling was a blessing—over the phone, without bureaucracy. Easy and fast, I was still driving. However, when I went to my first class, the treatment was quite different. I had the worst experience coming to this establishment. Robert Kiely treated me with no respect and was very rude. He is arrogant, unpleasant and has no personality to motive someone who is trying to get back in shape. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to start training in a new concept. This is definitely NOT the place to sign up if you want to feel uncomfortable when you’re trying to get a work out!
