Been going for a few months and I enjoy the sessions! It's also nicer than some of the other OTF around, because there is slightly more space between the different stations. Coach Amanda and Coach Lori are great and keep you motivated!
This is my home studio where i first joined, and i love it here! i’ve never been someone who liked going to the gym because i get nervous but having such a comforting place with classes and great staff has made it so pleasurable to work out! people like coach amanda, michelle, robert and more (i don’t know everyone’s names lol!) i mean everyone is so amazing here from the coaches to the girls at the front desk! i highly recommend coming here! a very friendly environment and a safe place for people with anxiety to get a worko... read more

Joining OTF @ New Hyde Park is the best decision I’ve made to invest in myself in a very long time. At mid life, never having been to a gym, it was both scary and intimidating . After my first class, I knew this was the place to be! The coaches are all amazing, engaging, and push our limits each class.
