OTF is a great model for workout people that know how to workout properly and safely. Great motivating instructors. Sean and Adam are great. The only thing I don't like about OTF is the proprietary arm band. Why not just sync to your smart watches that most people already have? No one wants another single purpose device that you have to buy and keep track of. Plus it's not environmentally friendly. I will not buy another otf device when my dies. Great workout, music 💃🏽and staff! Loralee is always helpful, friendly and provides great customer service. Good location with plenty of parking space.
