Best place to workout out by far
They sent my cancellation request to the wrong email and are refusing to refund me. There is evidence that I requested a cancellation last year that they are not honoring that as a written cancellation enough. Very greedy approach at business from someone that was a customer there for 5 years.
I was a little nervous about joining Orangetheory at first, but I’m so glad I did. The structured, coach-led classes make it easy to show up and get a solid workout without having to plan anything. The coaches are also great about offering modifications for exercises that are more challenging for me right now, which I really appreciate. Great studio and coaches/staff. However, sadly and quite surprisingly, they have shady membership cancellation policies and tactics. I called to cancel (due to very busy work schedule) on 12/16 but it’s usually hard to get ahold of them on phone so I naturally left a voicemail. I thought that should take care of it.. but kept getting charged so I called again on 1/7, spoke with studio manager who acknowledged receipt of my voicemail but apparently they were waiting for my written request to cancel.. she claimed that they tri... read more
