Just started here and love it! I’ve loved Al, Amanda and Chris as coaches so far! They are motivating and bring a positive start to my day!
I’ve been coming to OTF Rockaway for two years now and it’s been a second home! The coaches (Al, Henry, Kellyanne, Miriam, Chris) are wonderful and the front desk (Adrian, Emily, Shaelynn) are the sweetest. The workouts are always changing so you don’t get bored and it’s an hour and you're done with cardio & strength for the day! Highly recommend! :)
