I have been coming here for a while and have loved it ever since . Management is easy to talk to and if you have any questions, the workouts are great and the Coaches are great as well . I love the feedback I get and the constant push I get . Katin is always helpful at the front and has a friendly face .
I've been going for over 3 years now. I love it. You go in, put away your things (including your phone), and just focus on a great workout. A workout that is planned for you. Different every time. It's great! The coaches are great! I can't race enough about it!
