This is a terrible company. They keep charging my credit card without my approval. The staff handling these issues are very rude and disrespectful. I definitely do not recommend this place
I booked a visit just to see the facility but forgot the appointment and was charged $12. I received no reminder and was not informed about any cancellation/no show fee. I did not attend any session. I only intented to check out the place. This feels unfair. I felt disappointed. Please refund and clarify your policy.
The training here is always helpful whether you want to stay fit or loose weight, and the coaches are so nice! Really good choice if you wanna stay consistent with workout, to be pushed and encouraged, and enjoy working out with a group of people!
I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about Orange Theory!! The best workout, coaches and community!! Feels as close as you can get to having a personal trainer in a group setting!! Worth every penny!
