Awesome gym. The Coaches and Staff are engaged and keep you focused. You feel like part of the family, the OTF family!
I had a wonderful experience at this location. I have a membership in Canada and was visiting the area for two weeks, but wanted to keep my gym routine just like at home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by both the front desk staff and the coach, which made it very easy to settle in. The studio was clean, well-organized, and even a bit more equipped than my home studio in Montreal.
Absolutely love this place! The coaches are all so encouraging and helpful. Orangetheory has provided a space where I can destress, have fun, and keep up with my health! Absolutely recommend!
I always struggled to stay consistent with working out until I joined Orangetheory Fitness. The coaches tell you exactly what to do so you don't have to think, which makes it so much easier. The workouts combine strength training and cardio which is perfect for building endurance. Everyone here is really nice too. Totally worth it!
I signed up for OrangeTheory Fitness in the Summer of 2024 when I decided I was tired of feeling bad about myself and it was time to do something about it. Ever since, OTF has been a place that feels like home.
