Welcoming staff! Encouraging staff!! Knowledgeable staff!!! Variety each 1 hour class, coach led. Treadmill, rower, strength floor ...stations fairly foreign to me when I walked in there mid January 2025. Nutrition and wellness personal coaching, social connection to keep me going to 4 classes a week on average for 22 weeks. I am certainly way stronger, aerobically fit, and 27 lbs lighter and counting toward my goal maintenance weight. I’ve been going to this gym for six years and I’ve loved it so much, I’ve seen so much process in my body and my confidence has increased ever since I first joined. Best decision of my life and all of the coaches are super nice and friendly.
Great atmosphere and always challenging workouts!
I've been going to OTF for 1.5 years and I love it. The entire staff at SOCO is beyond welcoming. The coaches are always encouraging members and will offer support to find alternative exercises if needed. The workouts are challenging but are good, fun and interesting.
I love the instructors at South CS as they are always so helpful and encouraging! They always have an alternative exercise if you need one. And the managers/assistants are so friendly and AWESOME!!
