I am new to Orange Theory, started January 14th this year when I turned 40, recommended by per a colleague. I am so glad I did. I love the studio, the energy, and especially the coaches. Everyone is so energized and eager to help. Andrea, Ray, Ryan and Lauren are all amazing. But I want to shout out to Ray. Orangetheory is the best. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Harwood Heights is a great location. I love the classes and helpful coaches there.

I visited this Orange Theory while my mom was staying at Moffitt Hospital. The facility is impeccably maintained, reflecting the high standards expected of OT. Coach Will and Coach Lo were fun and motivating. However what really stood out about this OT branch is the manager, Abby. She greeted me like family during a time when I was stressed and missing my home in LA. After my first visit, she knew my name, and would have me signed up before I even reached the desk. I was so nervous when I first started at OT but that quickly faded, everyone is so friendly and encouraging! The staff are amazing and so welcoming! The coaches are all amazing and they always acknowledge your efforts and successes! The workouts are so great and even on days where I don’t feel very motivated I always feel better once I get there and start the workout !
