Love this place!
My wife and I restarted our membership at OTF Riverstone earlier this year. I can't say enough great things about the coaching and front of house staff. Everyone is always positive and cares deeply about the members. The workouts are great but the OTF community is the real hero here. The coaches always bring the energy, helping get the best out of all of us.
I’ve been a member for 4 months now and I’ve enjoyed every single class since. The challenges and signature workouts make working out FUN! I always enjoy the atmosphere and the support from coaches and members when going in and giving it your all. Recently enjoyed the marathon month and dri-tri challenges and looking forward to many more!
A great OTF studio! Lots of great trainers especially Mendy, James and Jessica! They are all FANTASTIC but special shout-out to Mendy. I take most of my classes with Mendy and she is AWESOME!!! Pushes you to go harder and always make it a point to help with proper form :)
The worst customer service. Signed up for a class. Paid for a slot. Lots of open spots as I ran in at 6 min mark and they wouldn’t let me start. Very disheartened with how you treat customers. Fake policy about health hazard to start at 6 min mark for a 90 min class. Studios aren’t supposed to act like they are some absurd TSA security. Terrible experience.
