this place is scam. Make sure that they dont charge you for membership even after cancellation or make sure that they don't auto start your application. it's FRAUD
Can i give 0 star? We used to take orange theory fitness and then we stopped. We again visited after few months when we were back in houston and they started our membership again without our consent. Secondly the membership continued for 1 & 1/2 year without us knowing and they deducting $$ from credit card. Obviously we did not attend any class. I recently resumed my fitness journey at Orangetheory Stone Mountain participating in the Amazing Race transformation challenge and the studio, staff and coaches are great.
It was my first time there, but I loved it. I happened to be there on their Celsius day, and they gifted me an energy drink for my first class. I loved the way the coach was, and I love how friendly the staff was

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Orangetheory, especially at the College Park location. I attempted to downgrade my membership tier but was denied because I was just one day late. Then, when I tried to cancel my membership, I was told I would still be charged for two full months beyond my cancellation request—again, due to that same one-day difference. I reached out to both the studio manager and Orangetheory’s corporate support, but neither was willing to help or show any flexibility. This kind of rigid pol... read more

Love OTF B-town the coaches and staff are the BEST. They are very caring and motivate you to achieve your goals and do more then you thought possible.
