First official class as a member! I highly recommend trying the free class. Staff is extremely friendly and personable! Melanie helped me get signed up with the Elite membership over the phone and she was phenomenal! Signed up for my first class same day through the app (easy to navigate as someone who is not very tech savvy), showed up and had Gina as my instructor!! After 10 years away. I returned to Orange Theory. I pair it with another membership I have elsewhere, and it makes the perfect alternative to the traditional gym experience. The structure keeps me accountable and engaged. It's been about 6 weeks now, and I'm loving the experience and positive vibes of this location. The coaches are great.
Oh i do love Orange theory fitness, The Concept, Trainers are Best here at RiverOaks location, Front desk people are very inviting , always smiling and so polite except a girl Lily, i asked her about something, so maybe she wasn't aware of the promotion and their rules or maybe she just had a bad day or something, but she kept on asking me the about same thing again and again (felt more like interrogation) but bottom line is i didn't appreciate that because i know about the promotion that go here.
