The staff here are just so kind! I was nervous coming in for my trial class, but everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. This is the ideal setup for getting back into working out, with the instructors just telling you what to do as opposed to having to come up with a workout on your own. They correct form gently and are very encouraging and upbeat. Even all of the members are super kind, non-judgemental and willing to help. I'm so glad I signed up!
I'm definitely always looking forward to my workouts (which is a first for me lol ). All of the coaches are great, but Nick and Merrie go a step further in pushing and supporting your efforts. They always manage to get more out of me when I feel like I've given it my all. They, along with the staff at the front desk made me feel comfortable and welcomed from day 1. I love it here!
On 12/1, my husband cancelled his membership because he was having abdominal surgery on 12/23 and wouldn't be able to use the gym for at least 12 weeks. They charged us for the next month (January) on 12/27. He joined OTF on 9/30, so the billing date should be the 30th of the month. The cancellation is supposed to be a 30 day cancellation. When he called to say the charge needs to be reversed, they told him that December 1st was past the 30 day window and we have to pay for the extra month.
