Was set up for 815 intro appointment and was told to be there 30 minutes prior if possible I stated then at initial setup that I wouldn't be able to do so because of dropping my children off at a certain time and making it there so the day comes and it is now 8 o'clock and I get a phone call from them 805, at that time I was 5 minutes away, i was asked am i still coming i said yes I'm 5min away and was told that I wouldn't be able to come anymore.
