I absolutely love OTF Shrewsbury. The workouts are challenging and fun. The coaches are amazing. They are so supportive. Special shout out to coach Kurt and Bri. I love my weekend and early am classes with you. You both make that one of the best hours of my day! Thank you for always motivating me!
Coach JULES, Coach Curt, Coach Marla, Coach BRI, continue to push me. They are absolutely amazing and can’t imagine being anywhere else.
I left a big box name brand gym in the area upset to leave my gym friends that are now family. BUt due to the lack of challenging classes and community, it was time. I came to OTF Shrews and found exactly that. The coaches, Bri Marla Jules Kurt and Trish are exactly what you need in life. Supportive, fun, motivating and just really good people. Orangetheory, my daughter in Texas told me when I come to visit you will love the workout, the coaching, the spirit of the class. She was so right, Almost 9 years later , still go 3 times a week and leave each class exhilarated. 76 years old, some 850 classes and my goal of 1000 classes and celebrating my 80th birthday in the future.
