I absolutely loved my experience at OTF Shrewsbury! The workouts are easy to follow, even if you're new, and the structure makes it simple to track your progress. The coaches are incredibly helpful and encouraging, creating such a positive and motivating environment every time you walk in. Love the OTF Shrewsbury team. They are always so kind and encouraging. I have never really stuck to any work out long term but am soon to hit 300 classes. You will not regret at least trying a class at OTF Shrewsbury. It is an amazing workout and like me, you make become addicted.

OTF Shrewsbury is a great studio. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and the coaches are wonderful. The studio is always clean and the equipment well maintained.
