I drove in Nor ester on my day off to work out since I work full time. I hired a babysitter to watch my 3 kids. Due to weather and my babysitters arrival a few mins late, it took me longer than usual to get to the studio and I arrived at 9:06- one minute past the “5 minute late rule”. I absolutely loved my experience at OTF Shrewsbury! The workouts are easy to follow, even if you're new, and the structure makes it simple to track your progress. The coaches are incredibly helpful and encouraging, creating such a positive and motivating environment every time you walk in. I was able to stay consistent, work toward my goals of losing weight and getting stronger, and actually enjoy the process—something I didn’t think was possible before joining. Love the OTF Shrewsbury team. They are always so kind and encouraging. I have never really stuck to any work out long term but am soon to hit 300 classes. You will not regret at least trying a class at OTF Shrewsbury. It is an amazing workout and like me, you make become addicted.
