I absolutely love coming here! I wish I would have joined sooner! The coaches are amazing and so encouraging, especially Coach Sam and Coach D…they are the best!!! I forgot how good it felt after a good workout!! If you are needing a gym that has great atmosphere, great coaches and all around great workouts this is the place to join!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been a member of Orangetheory fitness for almost 10 years. And I belong to several studios throughout Canada and the US. Mount Dora studio has some of the best coaches I’ve ever worked out with and the friendliest staff. They really know how to make you feel like family. Amazing workouts and amazing people is the perfect combination at the Mount Dora studio!
This is more than a gym & a great workout - this is a community and support system like no other. From the ladies who greet you and take care of everything you could need or want, to the motivating coaches to the members who I love seeing every day, I can’t imagine spending my mornings any other way. Solid A++++++ Highly recommend!!
I LOVE OT Mount Dora!!! This is the favorite part of my day. ❤️ I love my class with Charlie at 6:15. We have a community within our class. We drive each other and cheer each other on! He supports our good days and bad days… (called Green days) when we feel like we did our best to show up. lol He also tolerates us because sometimes we are not the easiest group to manage. lol The other awesome thing about OT is Avya!!!
