I used to do OT and then life happened. I signed up for 2 classes per week. $99. Well worth it. Investment in my #longevity. How may of you waste $99 on Amazon. I LOVE the accountability and sense of community.

I absolutely love coming here! I wish I would have joined sooner! The coaches are amazing and so encouraging, especially Coach Sam and Coach D…they are the best!!! I forgot how good it felt after a good workout!! If you are needing a gym that has great atmosphere, great coaches and all around great workouts this is the place to join!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been a member of Orangetheory fitness for almost 10 years. And I belong to several studios throughout Canada and the US. Mount Dora studio has some of the best coaches I’ve ever worked out with and the friendliest staff. They really know how to make you feel like family. Amazing workouts and amazing people is the perfect combination at the Mount Dora studio!
