I took a class here on Monday 8/4/2025 at 6pm and didn't have the best experience. When I was transitioning to the stationary bike, another member pushed me in the left arm and was angry with me for "not wiping down my dumbbells" (even though I was wearing gloves and didn't sweat on them). You can't put your hands on people, that is technically an assault. I told the staff and nothing was done. This place sucks. Unlike other OTFs, this one is the worst. For $150 a month expect very limited hours, rude staff and for other members to take the station you signed up for and/or weights and no one that works there will give a shit. Oh, and I forgot to mention that you should expect routine overcharges. By the way, the hours need to be updated-they haven’t had a class on Friday afternoons or past 7pm in 6 months or more (as enrollment is so poor guessing they can’t justify the cost).

Great place, awesome equipment, wonderful instructors. It wasn’t what I needed at the moment but they were great about refunding me right away! Awesome customer service, great place to work out!
