I absolutely love this place. I found Orangetheory Fitness back in January after my previous gym, F45, suddenly shut down without any notice and switching turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Even at 5am, the energy is incredible with the staff and everyone just ready to get the workout started. I have been going to OTF for a few years now, I have tried different things and always seem to go back to OTF. It is a great place to get an hour workout and go home. You don't have to figure out your workout like at other gyms. It is like having a trainer. The staff is so friendly and personable. TRY A FREE CLASS and see if you like it. Orange Theory Fitness is the best workout I’ve ever done. It’s a workout that anyone can do because there are always modifications That can be made until you’re strong enough to do more. The instructors are So encouraging. No one will ever yell at you army sergeant style . One hour goes by so fast. It is not cheap, but you will never be frustrated by dirty broken equipment and you will not wait for machines with a water bottle on them for 20 minutes. Give Orange Theory a try. You will not regret it I promise
