Pros: great coaches, good music, nice equipment, plenty of free parking, classes are challenging and always changing so you are never bored Cons: small facility, only 2 restrooms and 2 showers (poor ventilation in the showers). Shoutout to Coach Sai as he is the only coach there that will correct me on my form or make suggestions to make a certain exercise more challenging for me. Thank you! Overall, I have been loving OTF and would recommend it to others!
Honestly not impressed. Very not personal, the audio is really hard to hear with several people in my workouts have brought it up to me while in class asking what the instructor said. The workers are EXTREMELY pushy and I feel like cattle or a number while I’m there. literally calling me 3 times a week and texting while I do my ten pass class. And then on my last class when I was pretty on the fence but leaning towards a permanent membership a car hit my bumper on the way to class and I stopped to get the info and talk then ... read more

As someone who has been to a lot of studios around the country this location is definitely my favorite. Everyone from the support staff to the coaches are amazing, supportive, and will keep you wanting to come back. They have a great thing going here and I hope it never changes.
