The front desk staff is always awesome & so friendly (Becka, Nicole & Isabel- not sure if spelled all correctly, but they're always smiling). And instructors Kim & Kamyar Are So Awesome, their energy pushes you to do your best & always there to assist (especially since I'm using a cane & relearning my body post traumatic health events)! Amazing Establishment, Wonderful staff + coaches & love the orange lighting.
Coaches are amazing! I have been a long time member even though I don’t go often. When I decided to cancel, I went it and filled out paperwork only to be informed latter in the day that the employee gave me the wrong form. So I had to fill out a form online with some crazy email confirmation. Seems like a sleazy way to keep a membership active. Join and have fun but when it comes time to cancel pay close attention.
