Bear OTF is great, equipment is clean, the staff is friendly and the coaches are the best around. I can and do drive past closer OTFs because I enjoy this one more.
***BAD BUSINESS*** Misleading sales pitch! I was told that I could cancel if i wanted. There is a cancelation option within the App, but if you select it, it advises you to call the office. When you call the office, they inform you that you are required to send them a cancellation request in writing and then entertain multiple canned responses. The response i received stated my contract was for 3 months, of which i paid, and that I could cancel and my last payment would be April 26, 2025. Yet, today they charged me AGAIN!! I... read more
