***BAD BUSINESS*** Misleading sales pitch! I was told that I could cancel if i wanted. There is a cancelation option within the App, but if you select it, it advises you to call the office. When you call the office, they inform you that you are required to send them a cancellation request in writing and then entertain multiple canned responses. The response i received stated my contract was for 3 months, of which i paid, and that I could cancel and my last payment would be April 26, 2025. Yet, today they charged me AGAIN!! I... read more
Studio is clean, staff is friendly, coaches are welcoming and great at leading the class, helping with adjustments as needed, and encouraging participants. Have been a member for over a year and have visited studios across multiple states. Glad this one is my home studio.
Started with the February special and have been hooked ! Really enjoy the pace and the workout . Emma is my favorite coach , her vibe is just top tier .
Very helpful and always there to answer all my questions. Probably the best place to start or continue your fitness journey!
