Orangetheory has been a great workout for me. I like the mix of cardio and lifting on the weight floor. I recently started doing the Tread50 class & have really liked it as well. I really like that you can pre-book your classes on the app, it allows me to schedule my workouts.
Love OTF Avon! The coaches and front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. There truly is a community at this location.
Orange Theory offers a highly efficient and well organized all body workout ! The coaches are highly trained and very engaging. However, it would appear that some of the treadmills and rowers are in need of constant repair or replacement. Edited portion ….. today 2/15 rower 7 needs repair.
I took a free class @ OTF at Avon Commons on , Ohio last Saturday. Lara @ the front desk was very warm& welcoming and showed me around the studio . Cara the coach explained the machines etc and the class started at 10.15 am . . The other team members were were all very enthusiastic , encouraging and friendly. Cara gave me the analysis at the end of the class and I was in the Orange Zone . Great Program and excellent Coaches . 5 star for the facility and staff
