Into Pilates class, 1st time and I loved it so much I ordered my own reformer. After 1 class I was more flexible and motivated. Although I don’t really agree with the price $30 for 15 minute sessions, $400 a month for unlimited sessions which again are only 15 minutes. But the concept of it I get, would go from time to time to learn more moves and interact with others. But great start to fitness easy in the joints and really focuses on stabilizing the core.
