Orangetheory is not your normal gym. Yes you workout but you end up with so much more. I started out by myself but have made so many friends along my journey. They are there to help motivate me to achieve my goals. The staff and coaches help push me to achieve my goals. We are our biggest competitor and we will talk ourself out of trying a new speed on the tread or a new weight on the floor. The coaches will help you break through that wall.

Orangetheory Avon might as well be called Utopia, because THIS is the foundation of where my dreams are coming true. Tasha assessed my mind, body, and spirit fitness goals with me. Then, she let the instructor Cash know my goals. As outlandish as it sounded, they were like LET’S GO!!!!. Into Pilates class, 1st time and I loved it so much I ordered my own reformer. After 1 class I was more flexible and motivated. Although I don’t really agree with the price $30 for 15 minute sessions, $400 a month for unlimited sessions which again are only 15 minutes. But the concept of it I get, would go from time to time to learn more moves and interact with others. But great start to fitness easy in the joints and really focuses on stabilizing the core.
