On a whim I joined in November 2025 and it was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my health & fitness. I have the 8 classes per billing cycle membership so I’m able to go twice per week and it’s truly an hour of my time I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to. Staff is super friendly and the coaches are great, especially Taylor, Has, Kit, and Bethannie. Highly recommend! I’m feeling great and I’m seeing great results in my physique.
After trying a lot of gyms over the years OT was recommended. I heard it was the perfect place for a person blessed with attention deficits, those who feel self conscious in gym settings, and those who are at any stage of their health/fitness journey. Everyone was right. There is no need to feel intimidated. You show up and are guided and supported through perfect workouts; a bit of cardio and a bit of strength. The best hour of my day! This is such a satisfying workout. I get in both my cardio and strength training in a fun and motivational environment. You are always greeted by name, and EVERY coach here is knowledgeable, friendly and inspiring. One-hour, complete workout, and I don't have to think about it. I just follow along and get to see and feel the benefits. I highly recommend!

30 day cancellation policy is dirty and upsetting. So no matter what you will be charged an extra month. No a bad gym just a scam policy
