I’ll admit it’s little hard to keep up extensive workout I’m still sore from the other day however I love it though I’ll be coming back for a little bit I just hate it’s expensive and being assigned to certain spots could of been cause I was new but honestly that was the least of my problems because I was paired with a good group I had coach Deangelo that day.. really good investment in yourself literally EVERYONE around there had muscles so I know this will work!
