This location has an exceptional team! I visited for the first time last week and was warmly welcomed by Blake and Mel. Blake gave me a tour and let me know what to expect during the workout. His enthusiasm was contagious. Taylor, my instructor for the intro class, was attentive, was very clear in her demonstrations, encouraging, and she checked in with me during the entire workout.
