Tried to pause my membership for the next two months (May and June). I was told that I didn't technically need to come in to pause but they preferred it because they like to have a paper copy. So I came in the last week of April and listed the pause date as May 1. The first week of May I got a charge of $180. I called May 4 and was told they would talk to the manager about me getting it refunded. My wife and I signed up back in February and have been huge fans ever since. The energy of the studio is top notch with great music, equipment, and coaching. It really helps drive the workouts and us giving our best. We’ve seen great gains in ourselves and look forward to more. All the coaches are fantastic but big shoutout to coaches Jada, Loralei, and Trevor!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Orangetheory Fitness was frustrating. The staff appeared unorganized and unprofessional, and there didn’t seem to be much care or attention towards a black African American member who came to work out “like me”.
