Communication with this location has been incredibly frustrating. My contract (and MN statute) makes clear that I can cancel my membership by providing notice to the studio via email and yet they refuse to honor the terms of the agreement. My 12-month term ended on 8/9 and I’ve sent multiple communications for the last three months requesting termination. I honestly never thought I’d be writing a review like this because I really did enjoy the workouts, coaches, and atmosphere at Orangetheory. But the way this billing situation was handled has been unbelievably frustrating. I requested that my membership be transferred/cancelled from one studio to another and was told multiple times that it had all been taken care of.
