It was my first time .I signed up for the 5 one hour classes for $5! Great deal!
Love the workouts and most trainers are awesome! For that alone it is highly recommended and indeed a life changing condition. However... Charging and class cancellation policy is terrible, with your bill getting charged insanely for things. Things like water: the water cooler has undrinkable and warm water but they sell you a bottle for $5. I was a personal trainer over 10 years ago and since Covid, I started to lose motivation at the gym. I don’t like group fitness classes, but I knew I needed something to get me back into my workouts. I tried an Orange Theory class and loved it so much, I signed up the same day. Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s totally worth it! Only complaint is that Coach Tay isn’t at St. Louis Park enough! ;)
Even though they offer a free month, they are not clear on what that means. If you don’t make it to 12 classes, they charge you for the next month. It’s in the paperwork, but they’re not explicit about it and no one made that clear to me beforehand. I called to dispute it and they wouldn’t work with me and were not understanding.
