I honestly never thought I’d be writing a review like this because I really did enjoy the workouts, coaches, and atmosphere at Orangetheory. But the way this billing situation was handled has been unbelievably frustrating. I requested that my membership be transferred/cancelled from one studio to another and was told multiple times that it had all been taken care of. All of their coaches are incredible! Highly recommend! I was in town for business and went to Coaches Tay, Carlos, and Martin’s classes. They were outstanding!
Got another email from a different employee and instead of refunding the charge, I was offered free months of membership even though I have not been to the studio since July 2024. I’m questioning the thought process behind this since I communicated that the reason I’m not attending is a change in my job situation.
