Worst location I have ever been too. I arrived to class and they had no desk staff and the coach started the class 15 late. None of the new members were trained how to use the equipment and it created a dangerous environment. I decided to come back again the next day for another workout and was 1 min late and they refused to let me participate. Pretty unfair considering they started class the day before 15 min late. Was told to arrive at 11:30 for the noon class. Arrived at 11:31 and was told there wouldn't be time to get me set up for the class. There were only six people present for the class, and I was turned away from any kind of workout, gym access, or orientation. I will never go back to an Orangetheory.
I signed up for Orange Theory after one promo class in November and have been addicted ever sense. It’s not only that the workouts are great but the staff is AMAZING. Friendly, professional, and motivating! This class is conveniently located a few blocks from my job and my home so it’s in a great spot for me!
